They are identified by a large mouth, cream\/white belly &amp; green pattern. Murray Cod grow very fast and can put on a third of their body weight within a year due to them eating everything even their own kind.<\/p>\n<p>Murray Cod have very long lives, it is common for them to reach the ages of 30 &#8211; 35 years. The oldest living Cod recorded is 48 years of age.<\/p>\n<div class=\"alert1\">Important Fish Care:<\/div>\n<p>When you receive your fingerlings open the foam box and remove the bag, float the bag on the top of the pond water for about 10 mins or until the water inside is roughly the same temperature.
